ZsH was formed with the vision of transforming and improving the Basotho life insurance industry into something that is family, service-orientated, educational and informative. The company was formed during a turbulent economic times, where people couldn’t afford to bury their loved one’s yet find it difficult to join insurance company’s. Consumer confidence was at an all-time low and transformation was required, segregation existed amongst Basotho, the haves and the have not's, as well as those who lives in Rural areas vs. Urban areas, a stereo typed system that left these individuals to bear the pain and suffering experienced during the grieving times. ZsH, was the Company who took this challenge head-on.
